Equipment and spare parts require different packing and transport arrangements. Small urgent consignments can be quoted with an express service such as DHL Express where available. Pumps and systems are assessed by packed weight, dimensions and receiving-site requirements.
The quotation distinguishes preparation from transport time and states the delivery point and included costs. Customs processing and destination requirements can affect the final delivery schedule. Share any deadline when you first contact us.
Build a complete quotation request
New equipment
Provide flow at the operating point, required pressure and duty cycle. Confirm voltage, frequency, phases, altitude and process conditions against the actual installation.
Replacement parts
Send the complete nameplate, serial number and visible part reference. Include the quantity and machine variant so compatibility can be checked before ordering.
Delivery scope
Specify the receiving address, postal code and requested delivery point. Ask for preparation time, transport estimate and included costs to be stated separately.
